摘　　要：高校学生会在实现"三自"功能的过程中发挥着极其重要的作用,加强学生会管理既要勇于放手,支持学生会独立自主地开展工作;又要合理收权,健全学生会规章制度,加强学生干部队伍建设,引导学生会沿正确的方向发展,并于收与放之中,不断加强学生会文化建设。College Students Union played an extremely important role in the process of achieving the 'Three-Self function.The college administration should not only support students in the union to work independently,but also muster the power reasonably. Also,help to perfect the rules and regulations of the union,train the group of cadres,and constantly strengthen the culture of the students union.
