专科医师规范化培训日常管理工作模式的探讨

摘　　要：完善的制度是专科医师规范化培训的关键。我院自1993年开始进行住院医师的培训工作,2005年开始向社会招收培训学员,2007年初通过评审成为我省第一批经过卫生部认可的专科医师培训基地之一。在多年的组织培训的实践过程中,积累经验,逐步完善和健全专科医师培训的管理模式和考核制度,对专科医师规范化培训日常管理模式进行了一些有益的探讨。A consummate system is tbe key for standardized training of specialist doctors.Our hospital has carried out the training task of residents since 1993 and enrolled trainees from the whole society since 2005.Later we successfully became a member of the first batch of specialist training bases approved by Ministry of Public Health in early 2007.We gradually accumulated experiences and improved management patterns and evaluation systems through years of training.We also carried out rewarding exploration to the daily management patterns for specialist training.
