摘 要:目的:了解女性泌尿生殖系统炎症病人多种病原体感染情况。方法:采用细菌性阴道病病原体、沙眼衣原体、生殖道支原体、淋病奈瑟菌、念珠菌、阴道毛滴虫联合检测法,检测上述病人宫颈拭子及白带等标本中相应病原体。结果:上述病人单纯病原体感染的百分率明显低于混合感染百分率,混合感染在女性泌尿生殖系统炎症中占主导地位。结论:临床上应对女性泌尿生殖系统炎症病人进行联合病原体检测,以获得准确的实验室诊断结果并可指导临床用药。[Objective]To investigate the infection by multiple pathogens in female genitourinary inflammation.[Method]The combined detection strategy was applied to simultaneously detect all the bacterial vaginosis pathogen(BVP),Chlamydia trachomatis (CT),Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),Ncisseria gomorrhoeae(NG),Candida albicans(CA) and Trichomonas baginalis (TV) in cervix swabs and leucorrhea samples from the patients.[Result]In the patients,the percentage of single pathogen infection was remarkably lower than that of multiple pathogen infection.Co - infection is the major infecting pattern in female genitourinary inflammation.[Conclusion]The combined pathogen detection strategy should be accepted in female genitourinary inflammation patients for acquiring accurate laboratory diagnosis as well as for guiding clinical medication.
