摘　　要：目的探讨跟踪随访对糖尿病足截肢患者生活质量的影响。方法观察组13例糖尿病足截肢患者出院后对其进行跟踪随访,对照组13例,未对其进行出院后跟踪随访,比较2组出院6个月后相关并发症的发生率及生活质量。结果6个月后,观察组相关并发症发生率较对照组低(p<0.05),生活质量优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论糖尿病足截肢术后跟踪随访是减少并发症、提高患者生活质量的重要途径。Objective:To explore the influence of quality of life through track revisit with diabetes amputation patient.Methods:13 cases with diabetes full amputation who was used tracks the revisit being out of hospital supposed for the family visit group,while the other 13 cases without tracks and revisit supposed for the control group.Compared the related complication and quality of life with the 2 groups after 6 months leaves the hospital .Results:After 6 months ,the rate of the related conplication of family visit group was lower than control group (p<0.05),while the quality of life of family visit group was better than control group(p<0.05).Conclusion: Tracks the revisit is the important guarantee of reducing the complication and improving the patient quality of life,after diabetes full amputation technique.
