微量透析治疗严重电损伤的数字化护理观察

摘　　要：目的对使用超滑透析引流管局部微量透析这一新技术治疗特重度电损伤的临床相关护理项目进行数字化观察。方法包括病人感觉、局部肿胀、气味、包扎敷料松弛和污染程度以及远心端局部皮肤肌肉色泽改变等6个观察项目,每项分级设定护理观察数值,并用其对局部微量透析治疗的特重度电损伤进行系统的观察。结论数字化护理观察系统简单有效,能够准确、科学和及时地反映局部微量透析治疗的动态变化,及时发现问题;确保治疗的成功。Objective:to study Clinical numeral nursing observated items in treatments of serious electrical injuried regions with a new mi- cro-dialysis technique which used a super-smooth dialysis drainage tube.Methods:the wound regions of patients suffered from serious electrical injuries treated with micro-dialysis technique were observed using a system of numeral nursing observation items including feel- ing,sweeling,smell,dressing,dressing pollution and color of skin and muscle;Concluding:The system of numeral nursing observation is simple,workable,effective and exactly method for treatment of serious electrical injuries using the micro-dialysis technique,and it chould offer the changes of a development or trends of the wounds and treatment,and improve the last treatment successful by using the mi- cro-dialysis.
