去腐生肌活性敷料在治疗成人感染伤口中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨去腐生肌活性敷料在成人感染伤口换药中的临床效果。方法将200例感染伤口成人患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各100例,实验组按常规彻底清创后,使用去腐生肌活性敷料,直接敷于或制成纱条填塞于创面,每日或隔日换药1次,直到痊愈;对照组用0.1%雷弗奴尔纱布常规换药。对比观察2组换药的刺激和疼痛程度、换药次数、愈合时间、控制感染效果及减少粘连等。结果实验组在伤口换药次数、愈合时间、控制感染效果方面都明显优于对照组,并可降低伤口粘连而导致的疼痛感(p<0.01)。结论在成人感染伤口换药中,去腐生肌活性敷料的疗效明显优于传统换药方法,可作为临床治疗感染伤口的纯中药制剂推广使用,特别适用于疼痛耐受力差的患者。Objective:To explore the clinical effection of using removing putrid tissues and prometing the growth of new tissues activity dressing on adults with infected wound.Methods:200 cases of adults with infected wound were randomly devided into experimental group(100 cases) and control group(100 caes),The experimental group were using removing putrid tissues and prometing the growth of new tissues activity dressing after conventional debridement,while the control group were using the conventional dressing to dress wounds again.Comparing the stimulation,degree of pain and the numberof changing dressing,time for healing,effection on controling the infected wound and reducing conglutination and so on.Results:The differences between the two groups were significantly(p<0.01).the experimental group take advantage over the control group in all the aspects of above index.Conclusion:It is better to using removing putrid tissues and prometing the growth of new tissues activity dressing than conventional dressing on adults with infected wound,to spread the using of traditional chinese drug is very important,and especially among the patients who are sensitivety to pain.
