高龄患者急性心肌梗死的相关因素和临床特点

摘　　要：总结了36例80岁以上老年人急性心肌梗死(AMl)的临床特点。认为其发病与高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、高脂血症明显有关,起病时多无典型心绞痛,常表现为呼吸困难、头晕、胸闷及消化道症状,出现心律失常、心力衰竭,心源性休克等并发症,病死率较高。老年AMI患者合并症多,就诊时间常延误,致死率高,且发病率逐年增高,应掌握AMI的临床特点,达到早诊断、早治疗,降低病死率的目的。Study the clinical characteristics of 36 cases of AMI patients over 80 years old.That had obvious relation with the high blood pressure,diabetes,coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia and there was no typical angina pectofis occurred.The regular behaviors of the AMI patients were dyspneic respiration,dizziness,chest distress and symptom of digestive tract with the complications of arrhythmia,heart failure and cardiogenic shock and high death rate.The AMI patients over 80 years old is characterized with no typical signs on incidence of disease,many complications and high death rate.
