摘　　要：目的总结CT介入盘内置管多次多点注射臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及护理措施。方法选取100例腰椎间盘突出症的患者,随机分成2组。观察组60例,采用CT介入盘内置管多次多点注射臭氧治疗;对照组40例,采用经皮腰椎间盘切吸术治疗。结果观察组治愈率63.3%,总有效率96.6%;对照组治愈率42.5%,总有效率85%。观察组与对照组治愈率比较有显著性差异(χ2=4.28,p<0.05)。结论CT介入盘内置管多次多点注射臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有较好疗效。objective:Summarizes the clinical curative effect of CT involvement plate built-in tube many times multi-spot injection ozone therapy waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness.Methods:100 cases with waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness were stochastically divided into 2 groups,60 cases as the observation group were adopted the CT involvement plate built-in tube many times multi-spot injection ozone therapy;while 40 cases as the control group were adopted after the skin waist intervertebral disc cut attract the technique treatment.Results:The cure rate of the observation group was 63.3%,the total effectiveness was 96.6%,while the cure rate of the control group was 42.5%,the total effectiveness was 85%,The comparison of cure rate between the observation group and the control group has the significance difference(p<0.05).Conclusion:The CT involvement plate built-in tube many times multi-spot injection ozone therapy waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness has the good curative effect.
