摘　　要：一个城市的园林建设与发展体现了当地政府为民办事、改善市民人居环境、提高人民群众生活质量的宗旨。作为煤炭资源型城市——淮北市依托"青山南北开、六水绕城过"的自然条件和丰富的历史文化底蕴,合理布置城市各类绿地,城市园林建设开展得红红火火,成效显著。现对淮北市近十年来城市园林建设做些简单总结,作为回顾,供大家参考。The garden of a city construction and development of the local government act for the people, to improve the people's liv- ing environment, and improve the people's quality of life purposes. As coal resource-based cities-Huaibei City rely on the'South-North Castle Peak open, 6 Water Ring of'natural conditions and rich historical and cultural details, rational arrangement of various types of urban green space, the building carried in a city garden flourished with remarkable results. Now the city of Huaibei city park construction over the past 10 years do a simple sum up, as reviewed, for your reference.
