摘　　要：针对三种细丝热电偶温度传感器的结构特点进行了分析,并通过动态特性试验与理论计算结果的对比分析,得出理论计算与试验结果偏差小于10%,可以利用推荐的经验公式进行细丝热电偶动态特性计算预测的结论。The features in the configuration of three kinds of thin diameter thermocouples are analyzed. The results from the dynamic experiment and theoretic analysis are compared.It is found that the error between them is less than 10%. The formula is recommended for dynamic characteristic estimation in the design of thin diameter thermocouples.
