摘 要:介绍等精度频率测量原理,它具有在整个测试频段内保持高精度频率测量的优点。在该原理基础上,采用VHDL语言设计等精度测频模块,使用单片机来控制该测频模块,通过门控信号的可变提高测量精度,并通过无线收发模块PTR2000将测量的数据发送到计算机。该设计实现了对频率变化范围较大的信号进行频率测量,能够满足高速度、高精度的测频要求。This paper introduces the principle of frequency measurement with equal accuracy,which has the merit of high accuracy of the frequency measurement in the entire operating frequency band.On the basis of the principle,VHDL is used to design the high-speed integrated circuit module for equal observation of frequency and the microcontroller is adopted to control the frequency measurement module.The measurement accuracy is improved by the variety of gate signal.Finally,the data is sent to the computer by the wireless transmission module PTR2000.The design implements the broadband frequency measurement and can meet the requirements of high speed and high accuracy.
