摘　　要：SIM读卡器和手机数据接口是基于PC机串行通信口,利用一片74HC14芯片实现接口功能。文中分别分析SIM卡、74HC14和PC机串行通信口相关的特性;并介绍电路原理和接口制作的方法。SIM reads the card and the handset data interface is based on the PC machine serial port,uses a piece of 74HC14 chip to realize the interface function.In the article analyzes the SIM card,74HC14 and the PC machine serial port related characteristic separately;And introduces the circuitry and the connection manufacture method.
