摘　　要：本文基于S3C2440开发板和Linux2.6.13内核平台,结合一个具体的开发实例,详细的介绍了嵌入式Linux中根据LCD具体尺寸的不同配置内核和编译内核的具体操作方法,详细的介绍了LCD驱动程序的编写或修改过程。并介绍了当内核源码中没有所需要的硬件驱动程序时,如何向内核源码中添加用户驱动程序,使得能够在内核的menuconfig中出现新加驱动选项并成功地将该驱动编译进内核镜像的具体方法。A kind of practice operation example to configure and compile the uClinux kernel for variable dimensional LCD was presented based on S3C2440 development board and the hinux kernel of version 2.6.13.The process of programming and modifying the LCD driver was discussed detailedly.And the resolution process was introduced amply to add the new driver to the Linux kernel and to show the option of the new hardware in the menuconfig menu,in the condition of there is not available driver for the new hardware in the Linux kernel source code.
