摘  要:研究的闯红灯自动记录系统主要是抓拍路口车辆闯红灯等违章行为。视频检测是本系统实现的核心,用来检测车辆是否有违章行为。整个检测算法中包括停车线检测、虚拟线圈的设置和缩减、基于道路方向的三步搜索算法。基于道路方向的三步搜索算法是检测算法的核心,它利用了在视频编码得到广泛使用的块匹配搜索算法,得到虚拟线圈的运动矢量,估计车辆的运动估计,利用运动矢量的幅值与幅角均值和标准偏差来判断车辆是否违章。经实验证明,系统准确性高、实时性高,具有很好的可扩展性和高性价比。This paper follows up automatic detecting and recording system for violation of traffic signal which is how to judge the violating vehicles and to carry on snap them。Video detecting is the core of realization of system,which is used to detect vehicles whether violating traffic signal or not。The research of detecting algorithm of violation vehicle includes three parts:the stop line detector,the placing and reduction of virtual loops,three-step search algorithm based on road- direction。The three-step search algorithm based on road-direction is the core of detecting algorithm, which utilizes fast matching algorithm widely used during video coding,gaining motion vector of virtual loop,evaluating motion estimation of vehicles,taking advantage of the average and the standard difference of amplitude and phase of motion vector to judge vehicles whether violating traffic signal or not。Through experiment proving,accuracy highly,real-time highly,the system possesses excellent extensible and ratio of capability and price。
