摘  要:目的:对脑卒中后上肢运动功能的康复进行研究,并研制出对患肢手部进行牵引和热敷的康复仪器。方法:以微处理器MSP430F4250为核心,设计外围电路及控制程序,通过气泵对康复仪进行充放气,从而完成对患肢的牵引。结果:经临床验证,该仪器能使偏瘫患者的手部肌肉得到有效的锻炼,对肌肉功能的恢复有很好的作用。结论:该康复仪设计达到要求,有利于中风患者肢体运动功能障碍的恢复。objective:to study and research on the healing of the function of arm-movement after the brain stroke,as well as to develop an instrument with the functions of traction and fomentation on the suffering arms to promote the healing.Method:the periphery circuit and control program were designed on MSP430F4250,achieved the functions of traction on the suffering arms by puffing and giving out air to instrument used air pump.Result:with clinical validate,the muscle of the suffering arms were exercised effectively by this instrument,Simultaneously,the biology effect of traction has the very good function to the rehabilitation of muscle function.Conclusion:the instrument is advantageous in the movement function barrier rehabilitation of stroke patient and meets the design requirments.
