摘　　要：介绍了一种基于3G通信和GPS定位技术的目标监控系统设计,阐述了该系统的主要功能,重点介绍了系统终端硬件和软件设计,3G通信数据传输设计,系统后台监控系统设计,以及对GPS定位误差补偿技术。它解决了目前现有该类系统的数据传输量小的瓶颈问题,实现了对目标视频等信息的监视。Introduces a monitoring system based on 3G(3rd Generation)and GPS(Global Positioning System). and explains the main function of this system.Including hardware and software designed of terminal,transmitting communication of 3G,monitoring system,and compensating the error of GPS positioning.It solves information transmitting bottleneck problem that the product have at present,implements the video frequency monitored.
