摘　　要：电荷耦合器件是一种发展前景良好的金属氧化物半导体(MOS)集成电路。该电路可用于彩色成像、信号处理等相关领域。文章介绍一种用CCD321型电荷藕合器件设计和实现的动目标显示滤波器。该电路能有效地滤除地物回波及消极干扰,提高雷达对运动目标的检测能力。实践证明,用该器件设计的滤波器其地物杂波对消比可达30分贝。Charge coupled device is a kind of semiconductor integrated circuit of metal oxide which has good development prospect,and is used in such fields as color imaging and signal processing.In this paper, the filter of moving target indication designed by CCD321 charge coupled device is produced,,which could filter out the ground clutter and negative interference effectively,increase the detection ability of the radar aiming at the moving target.Practice shows that the cancellation ratio of the ground clutter of the filter can reach 30dB.
