摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Ag3PO4/TiOxNy催化剂,运用低温N2吸附、X射线粉末衍射、紫外可见漫反射、程序升温脱附-质谱联用和电子自旋共振谱等测试手段对催化剂的理化性质和活性物种等进行详细表征,并以苯的可见光催化降解为反应模型考察样品的光催化活性.结果表明,Ag3PO4修饰改善了TiOxNy的结构和可见光催化活性,与TiOxNy相比,Ag3PO4/TiOxNy催化剂的的BET比表面积大、光谱吸收边红移、锐钛矿向金红石的相转化被抑制,对苯的吸附显著增强,光生电子和空穴得到有效分离,具有良好的可见光催化活性.Ag3PO4/TiOxNy photocatalysts are prepared by a sol-gel method.The physical properties and active species of the as-prepared samples are characterized by N2 sorption analysis,X-ray diffraction(XRD),UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis DRS),TPD-MS and ESR.Visible-light photocatalytic decomposition of gaseous benzene over the Ag3PO4/TiOxNy catalysts was investigated.The results showed that the catalytic and structural properties of TiOxNy were improved by Ag3PO4 modifying.When compared to unmodified TiOxNy,the Ag3PO4/TiOxNy exhibited higher resistance to crystal phase transformation from anatase to rutile,bigger BET specific area,the red-shifted band edge of adsorption spectra,and higher photocatalytic activities because of the adsorption enrichment of benzene and of the effective photogenerated electron-hole pair's separation.
