摘　　要：我国台湾地区有300多家乡镇图书馆,它们在馆舍布局、政策与经费保障、阅读推广、特色馆藏和特色服务、绩效评估以及人才培训等方面都有许多成功的发展经验,值得我们借鉴。There are more than 300 rural libraries in Taiwan. Many successful development experi- ences are worthy learning from, such as layouts, policies and funds, reading promotions, featured collections, special services, performance evaluations, trainings and so on.
