摘　　要：基于校园网的多媒体资源库,核心技术之一是 MPEG-1、MPEG-2和 MPEG-4等格式的视频流技术的应用。本文通过对多媒体资源库中的 MPEG 格式视频流传输与存储系统、网络传输系统相关运行参数的设计与计算,提出适合于 MPEG 格式视频流传输的多媒体资源库系统的相关设计与计算方法。Based on the multimedia information resourcesof campus network is one of the centric technology which is considered the application of multimedia video streaming technology on MPEG-1、MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 streaming medium.In this paper,the author discusses the design and calculation and examination of MPEG streaming medium transmission and storage system as well as the parameters of network system,introduces the calculating methods and engineering design.
