对本科专业人才培养方案修订的作法与体会

摘　　要：在对过去执行的人才培养方案存在问题分析的基础上,通过采取整合课程模块、优化课程结构、突出专业定位和特色、促进学生个性发展、强化实践教学环节、增强创新能力培养等措施,使修订的人才培养方案更加体现培养目标的时代性、教学内容的前沿性、学习方式的自主性和教学过程的实践性,从而为进一步提高本科教学水平和人才培养质量提供了有力保证。Based on analyses of the problems in previous students' education programs,we take such measures as integrating course modules,optimizing course structure,highlighting specialty orientation and characteristics,promoting students' individual development,reinforcing practice education modules and improving innovation education,thus have made the students' education program more representative of the times feature of education goals,the foremost nature of education materials,the self-motivating nature of learning methods and the practicality of educational processes,ensuring a further promotion of the university education level and the students' quality.
