摘　　要：新一代网络是可以在电信网、计算机网和有线电视网3种互联互通的网络上提供语音、数据、视频的新一代网络,NGN时代的到来也就成为电信网络发展中的一座重要里程碑。本文概述了新一代网络(NGN)技术的情况,介绍了NGN的概念及其演进过程中的关键技术;探讨、预测了NGN下一阶段对软件开发平台发展的影响,最后指出了新一代网络条件下软件开发平台的特点和发展趋势。Next generation network(NGN) is a type of network which can provide audio,data and video among telecommunication network,computer network and CATV network. The coming of NGN has become an important milestone of the development of telecommunication network. The situation of next generation network is outlined. The conception of NGN and its key technologies are presented. The impact of software development platform upon NGN at next stage is redirected. Finally,the new trend and characters of software development platform is summarized,which is under new internet condition.
