摘　　要：研究了铝件在阳极氧化的预处理、氧化、染色环节产生"白斑"、"花斑"的原因,认为机械加工过程中乳化油腐蚀、阳极氧化过程中零件夹持状态不合理、零件染色时形成的封闭气囊都会产生"白斑"或"花斑",但形态不同;根据不同环节产生"白斑"的原因,提出了预防和消除"白斑"的措施。Studying the reason for producing the 'blaze', 'spots' in different stages of pretreatment, oxygenation and dyeing during the anode oxidation for the aluminum piece takes for the erosion of emulsification oil during mechanical machining, unreasonable holding state of the part in the course of the anode oxidation, the formed close air cell when dyeing of the parts all may produce 'blaze' or 'spot', but their conformation different; According to the reason of producing 'blaze' in the different stages, it points out the measures for preventing & eliminating the 'blaze'.
