摘　　要：乡镇直选作为一种有效的发展基层民主的政治体制改革形式一直备受众人关注。随着乡村自治、党内直选等不同形式的民主形式开展得如火如荼,作为行政机构体系最低层的乡镇应该怎样进一步实现本层次的民主,从而为更高层次的民主做出有益尝试,这也日益成为人们关注的焦点。本文从博弈论角度,对影响乡镇长直选改革命运的相关因素进行了分析,揭示了现阶段乡镇长选举方式改革中不同利益主体的博弈态势,希望能对乡镇直选路径选择的进一步深入思考有所启示。As an effective political system reform model of developing the democracy at the grassroots level,'Direct Election in the Villages and Towns' has been the hot topic of the society.This paper,based on thegame playing theory,has made acomparable analysis on the relevantfactors dominating the different turn-outs in the election method reforms andrevealsthe game playing by different interests in the current reform of this kind and the reflections on the future path choice of these reforms.
