摘　　要：享受、放松、个性化的休闲度假旅游逐渐成为一种时尚,成为人类生活的重要组成部分,与之相适应的旅游景观房产也得到较快发展,但我国对旅游景观房产的研究还停留在普通住宅+自然景观简单加法阶段。通过对国内外相关文献进行梳理,对旅游景观房产开发研究进行述评,为旅游景观房产开发进一步研究奠定基础。Holiday leisure tourism with enjoyment,relief and individuality is gradually becoming a fashion and an important part in our life.In order to meet its needs,thetourist-landscape estate has developed rapidly,but the research of the tourist-landscape estate in our country has stopped in the stage of ordinary housing + natural landscape.Base on liquidating researches of tourist-landscape estate both domestic and abroad,this paper summarized the exploitation of thetourist-landscape estate and made a foundation for thefurther research on exploitation of thetourist-landscape estate.
