摘　　要：知识产权是基于法律保护提出的概念,但对经济和贸易影响明显,具有贸易壁垒效应,为世贸组织所认同。发展中国家在其工业化的过程中,应关注知识产权在贸易管理中的资源配置和资本投资向导功能,积极借鉴和有效利用,努力实现经济增长的可持续性。Intelligent Property Rights,acknowledged by WTO,is one of the concepts based on law-protection,which has a great influence on trade and economy as trade barriers.In the course of industrialization,developing countries should pay more attention to the guiding and allocation roles to the resources and capital investments of Intelligent Property Rights in the world trade managements,and learn and utilize the experience and ideology from the developed countries to reach the goal of sustainable economic growth.
