基于UG的牛奶箱提手注塑模设计

摘　　要：以UG作为该模具设计的平台,分析牛奶箱提手结构及成型工艺,利用其强大的CAD/CAM/CAE功能,在建模、模具设计向导两模块下,完成提手注塑模的设计。其独特之处,在于装配后可进行CAE流体力学分析,解决充填塑料充型不满、熔接痕等问题,使之消失在设计阶段,避免在制造完成后出现问题,节省大量时间和成本。Through analyzing the structure and injection molding process of the milk box handle,based on the UG platform with powerful CAD/CAM/CAE function,the injection molding design of milk box handle has been completed under two modules——molding and mold wizard.The unique features of the design are that hydromechanics analyzing with CAE can be done after assembling,and the defects of filling without fully occupation and weld mark will be eliminated in designing process,which will avoid problems after producing and save plentiful time and cost.
