箱式电阻炉炉顶增设电阻丝的研究

摘　　要：箱式电阻炉炉顶通常不配置电阻丝。选取在不改变箱式电阻炉功率、炉体材料、炉体尺寸、工件工艺温度的条件下,研究和设计减少箱式电阻炉两侧功率并将减少的功率布置到炉顶上,可达到提高电阻丝寿命,减少工件过热倾向,节电等效果。Usually the box-type resistance furnace vault is unqualified to place the resistance alloy.Under the condition of the power unchangeable,furnace material,furnace size,and the work temperature of the box-type resistance furnace,reducing the two sides powers to combine the decreasing power to the furnace vault,can attain to raise the resistance alloy life span,reduce the overheated tendency of workpieces,and economize electricity.
