摘　　要：英语成对词"word1+and+word2"的语法结构模式固定,特点鲜明,意义丰富,韵律优美。本文从成对词的表层语法结构入手,从六个方面说明了成对词的深层语义关系,然后例析了成对词的韵律特征。Doublets,formed by'word1+and+word2',have comparatively rigid structure,rich meanings and beautiful rhythms in English writing.The paper explores the steady grammatical model and rich semantic meanings of doublets from six different aspects, and then the beauty of rhythm in doublets is exemplified.
