摘　　要：介绍了真空联合堆载预压法在南京某工业厂房软土地基处理中的应用,重点阐述了真空堆载预压设计和施工工艺,详细说明了铺设彩条布和密封膜、密封沟及覆水围堰施工等工艺措施,并从加固区域平均承载力及沉降量等方面对加固效果进行了评价,表明真空联合堆载预压法处理软土地基是经济可靠的。The application of vacuum pre-loading method on soft ground treatment of an industrial plant in Nanjing was introduced,focusing on the design and construction process.Process measures about color strip cloth and seal membrane laying,construction of cofferdam are introduced.Effect of reinforcement was evaluated from average bearing capacity and settlement of reinforcement area.Results show that improving soft ground by vacuum pre-loading method is economic and reliable.
