摘　　要：探讨了与创新型人才培养目标相适应的专业实习新理念。提出了以培养研发设计能力为目标的大综合、大过程的实习模式。讨论了与之相关的实习基地建设和师资队伍配套的问题,并分析了该专业实习模式的试点情况。A new concept of engineering training which adapt to the innovative HR cultivate is discussed.An new pattern involved multi-courses and full process for the ability training of R&D is proposed.The construction of training base and teaching group is also discussed,and the analysis of this new programm pattern's practice is mentioned.
