摘　　要：据调研,社会急需光机电一体化专业人才。在"回归工程"和"大工程"教育理念的指导下,人才市场的需求启迪出了培养规格,加上对人才培养客观规律认识的深入,催生了光机电一体化复合型人才培养的创新模式。通过培养方案,建立起了培养模式的运作机制。两年多的实践证明,教学改革取得了较好的成效。论文是教学改革成果的总结。Talents of optomechatronic are keen needed in our society according to investigations.Under the guidance of 'Returning of engineering' and 'Universal Engineering' education concepts,talents culturing specification is enlightened,innovational culturing style of comprehensive optomechatronic talents is catalyzed also because of the deeper cognition to the talents culturing objectivity.Operation mechanism of the culturing style is established based on culturing plan.The education reform has been proved relatively successful with more than two years practice.This article is a summing-up of the education reform fruits.
