摘　　要：介绍了水泥稳定风化砂底基层施工工艺。混合料取样采集材料时不能分层采集,应在预定的深度内一挖到位,一并采集;配合比设计时应考虑减少裂缝;拌合时外加水与天然含水量的总和要比最佳含水量略高2%左右;摊铺前,应将路床适当洒水润湿;每台摊铺机后面,应配有振动压路机、三轮和轮胎压路机组合进行碾压,一次碾压长度一般以不超过80m为宜;养护期间可以用草袋、麻布、湿砂覆盖,洒水车洒水,并保持湿润状态。The construction technology of subbase with cement stability weathered sand is introduced.It indicates that the mix material collecting should collect wholly and be no layer collection,the measures of reducing cracks should be considered when the mix proportion is designed,and the content of addition water and natural water is 2% higher than optimum water content.Moreover,road bed should be wetted with water before paving,and the vibratory roller,three-wheel and tire roller are used to roll after every paving machine. Finally,the subbase can be covered with rush bag,burlap bag and greensand for maintenance to keep wet.
