摘 要:通信卫星上有大量的固定和临时传输业务,对其管理需要大量的人力和物力。固定用户需要长期稳定畅通的传输信道,而临时传输业务则具有突发性、不确定性、随意性等特点,运行管理中很易出错,其后果轻则影响用户的正常传输,重则危害卫星转发器的安全,造成重大的经济损失和社会影响。本文针对上述问题,采用成熟的软硬件技术,设计开发了对通信卫星载波频谱进行自动监测,并对出现的问题进行快速处理的综合管理系统。There are many long-term or temporary business carriers on a communication satellite. We must spend a great deal of time and energy on managing them. The long-term users need steady communication;while the temporary users rent the satellite suddenly and uncertainly,and it is easy to make mistakes. If we can’t find the problems in time,it will have a bad effect on the communication and the safety of repeaters,and cause enormous losses. In this article,we introduce the satellite spectrum automatic monitoring system based on matured software and hardware technologies. This system has helped us manage and monitor business carriers,and helped us response quickly when problems emerge.
