摘　　要：随着电力行业改革的推进,发电企业面临着日趋激烈的竞争,迫使企业促进信息化水平,实现数字化管理,以提高企业的综合竞争能力,因此越来越多中大型发电企业引入电厂厂级信息监控系统(Supervisory Information System,SIS)。实时数据库(Real-Time Database,RTDB)是厂级信息监控系统核心,是传统数据库技术与实时系统相结合的产物,在工业领域有着广泛应用,具有重要的研究和实用价值。报警与事件是实时数据库重要组成部分,是整个监控系统安全、稳定运行的关键。介绍了报警与事件在控制领域中的重要性,需求及其应用现状。重点论述了报警与事件信息的订阅/发布机制如何实现。With the advance of the power industry reformation,power enterprises face increasingly intense competition,forcing enterprises to promote information construction,achieve digital management,and improve the integrated competitive ability,so more and more large-scale power enterprises have introduced Supervisory Information System. Real-Time Database(RTDB) is the core of the information monitoring system,and it's the result of the integration of traditional database technologies and real-time systems. It acts as an essential role in many industrial fields and thus is very significant and valuable to research and practice. Alarm and event is the important component of Real-time database,and it ensures the monitoring system run at a safe and stable state.
