摘  要:针对大型民机的适航标准CCAR-25,对飞控系统稳定性、操纵性、失速及故障下的安全性等条例进行了论证。结合条例要求,明确了大型客机的飞机气动布局应当是静稳定的,即其稳定性不依赖飞控系统。飞控系统需要具备主动控制功能和自修复功能,以满足安全性和舒适性、故障下的生存性等要求。同时给出了适合适航性要求的设计与飞行品质评估的一般方法,对于进一步依据适航性要求设计飞控系统具有参考意义。Flight control system's stability,manipulation,loss speed and security under the control surface failure,etc.are discussed contradistinguished the civil transport aircraft airworthiness standard CCAR-25.According the standard requirements,it is pointed out that the civil transport aircraft should have a stable aero configuration and then is stable without any flight control system.Active Control technique and self-repairing control functions will be necessary to satisfy the requirements of security,comfort in the wind disturb and survive under the control surface failure.Some general methods are given for design and evaluation the FBW to fill the airworthiness standard requirements.This is significant for design a FBW flight control system according as the civil airworthiness standard.
