摘　　要：论述了电机参数容差对电机性能的影响,提出以Ansoft软件为基础进行电机容差分析的方法,阐述了概率统计分析、灵敏度分析的方法,并以小功率稀土无刷直流电机为例,分析给定参数容差对电机性能的影响,说明了容差分析方法在电机设计中的可行性。The influence of parameter tolerance on motor performance is discussed.The method of tolerance analyses based on Ansoft software is put forward.The methods of probability statistics analyses and sensitivity analyses are discussed in detail.The rare earth permanent magnet brushless DC motor with small power is taken as an example,and the influence of parameter tolerance on the motor is analyzed.Then the feasibility of tolerance analyses in motor design is proved.
