加味定喘汤对支气管哮喘患者气道高反应及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察加味定喘汤对支气管哮喘患者气道高反应及免疫功能的影响。方法选取32例自愿用加味定喘汤治疗的轻度或中度持续的支气管哮喘患者,每位患者予以加味定喘汤5mL/kg(浓度相当于1g生药/mL),每日1剂分2次口服,4周为1疗程。治疗前测定用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)及高峰呼气流速(PEF),并用乙酰胆碱(Mch)累计量0.033μmol/L(m1)和1.98μmol/L(m2)作激发试验,治疗后再测定这三项指标。并测定治疗前后患者血浆嗜酸性粒细胞数、白介素-6(IL-6)及γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的浓度。结果32例患者经加味定喘汤治疗后,FVC、FEV1及PEF均明显增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),嗜酸性粒细胞数及IL-6明显降低(P<0.01),IFN-γ明显升高(P<0.01)。结论加味定喘汤能降低支气管哮喘的气道高反应性,调节炎症免疫反应,对支气管哮喘患者有很好的治疗作用。Objective To determine the efficacy and safety of Chinese Medicine Jiaweidingchuan Soup in the treatment of asthma.MethodsPatients(n =32)with mild-to-moderate asthma were treated with Chinese Medicine Jiaweidingchuan Soup for 4 weeks.We measured the FVC、FEV1、PEF、IL-6 and IFN-γ level.ResultsAfter treatment,the FVC、FEV1 and PEF values and the expression of IFN-γ in patient with asthma increased significantly(P<0.05),the percentage of eosinophils and the expression of IL-6 both reduced obviously(P<0.01).ConclusionChinese medicine Jiaweidingchuan Soup has an inhibitory effect on inflammation in patients with asthma,reducing the level of IL-4 and increasing the expression of IFN-γ.
