摘　　要：济钢管线钢生产线采用LF/VD组合精炼方式,通过合理设置LF/VD功能及生产工艺模型,设计合理的工艺流程和工艺参数,LF/VD精炼装置采用联合布置形式,使LF/VD与转炉炼钢生产工艺匹配,功能配置合理,满足了管线钢生产要求。The refining processing for pipe-steel producing of Jinan Steel is LF/VD compound mode, which is adaptable to converter smelting through the following methods: allocating the functions and the technology model of LF/VD properly, designing the processing flow and parameter properly, application of combination-layout and so on. The LF/VD process is matching with the converter process and is proper at function allocation, which is satisfying the request for pipe-steel producing.
