摘  要:为解决1750m3高炉风口区域冷却壁上端角部破损问题,济钢设计开发了新型复合冷却壁。将原球墨铸铁冷却壁右上角位置的厚度减薄后,复合一块厚度为115mm的纯铜冷却板,复合冷却壁本体和复合体采用冷态螺栓连接,且各自有独立的冷却水路。投用后,高炉焦比降低7kg/t,煤比提高2kg/t,风温提高11℃。该技术2008年获得实用新型专利。In order to solve the upper corner breakage of the staves in the tuyere area of 1750 m3 blast furnace,Jinan Steel designed and developed a new combined stave.A pure copper plate of 115 mm thickness was combined to the top right corner of the former stave which is made of spherical graphite cast iron and the thickness was decreased in the corner.The stave’s main body and the complex body were connected by bolts at the normal temperature,and each of them had individual waterway.The blast furnace coking rate was reduced by 7 kg/t,the coal ratio was improved by 2 kg/t and the blast temperature was increased by 11℃after its usage.The technology wined the utility model patent in 2008.
