摘　　要：济钢三炼钢在冶炼品种钢的生产实践中,对影响品种钢生产的工艺进行了改进,建设铁水脱硅预处理设施,增加1部100t废钢秤,增加了合金料仓,优化CAS底吹氩控制系统。几项工艺改进,使三炼钢冶炼品种钢的钢种更加丰富、灵活,提高了钢水质量。During the productive practice of variety steel,The No.3 steelmaking plant of Jinan Steel improved the process which influenced the variety steel smelting,such as establishing desilication device,increasing the scrap scale of 100 t and alloy bins, optimizing control system of CAS bottom blowing argon.The accomplishment of the several process methods made to smelt the variety steel flexible and prolific and the quality of the steel was also increased.
