摘　　要：济钢100t/h干熄焦装置的设计特点,主要体现在牵引装置及气力输送装置在固料运输系统中的应用、新型耐火材料在气体循环系统中的应用、完善的环保措施等。本套干熄焦装置投产后,烟气排放浓度符合国家标准要求,吨焦回收能源达到59kg标准煤。This article introduced the design characteristics of Jinan Steel’s coke dry quenching installation,such as the applications of traction device and air slide device in the coke transportation system,the application of new type refractory in the gas circulation system and perfect environment protection measures.After put into production of the coke dry coke dry quenching installation,the smoke density met the requirement of national standard and recycle energy of every ton coke reached 59 kg standard coal.
