济钢KR铁水预处理工艺及其应用

摘　　要：济钢第三炼钢厂铁水预处理工艺采用KR机械搅拌法。KR脱硫是以一种外衬耐火材料的搅拌头浸入铁水罐内旋转搅动铁水,使铁水产生旋涡,同时加入脱硫剂使其卷入铁水内部进行充分反应,从而达到铁水脱硫的目的,主要工艺设备包括铁水罐车、渣罐车、扒渣机等。通过稳定石灰系脱硫剂配比、优化预处理操作工艺参数、优化搅拌头制作工艺,提升了KR法脱硫效率,降低了生产操作成本。Jinan steel’s No.3 steelmaking plant adopted KR hot metal pretreatment process.The KR process is stirring the hot-metal by stirrer in the ladle and making the hot-metal produce swirls,at the same time,entering into the spiral vortex of hot-metal,then the sulfur in hot-metal is removed;It is mainly composed by hot-metal car,slag car,slag skimmer and so on.By stabilizing the ratio of the lime-based desulfurizer and optimizing operation parameters of the pretreatment and the fabrication process of the stir head,the desulphurization efficiency was increased and production cost was decreased.
