摘　　要：济钢第一炼铁厂2号350m3高炉第7代炉役由钟式炉顶改为无料钟炉顶,通过狠抓原燃料质量管理,研究制定合理的布料矩阵,优化高炉操作制度,加强炉前管理等措施,实现了高炉稳产高产,2006年高炉利用系数平均达到4.035t(/m·3d)。Introduces the No.2 350 m 3 BF of first iron making plant of Jinan Steel the 7th generation servicing life altered from bell type to non bell roof to Bell-Less Top,It pass intensity the original fuel quality manage,study constitute logical distribution matrix,optimize BF operation system,strengthen the furnace front management,and gives a steady and effective production of BF,The average utilize modulus achieved to 4.035 t(/m3 ·d)in 2006.
