摘　　要：为满足顾客对钢板表面光洁度的特殊要求,济钢中板厂针对钢板表面氧化铁皮、麻点等质量缺陷进行了系统分析,并通过优化坯料装炉及加热、轧制控制工艺,改造高压水除鳞系统、机架辊等设备,提高了钢板的表面质量,实现了高表面质量钢板的生产。In order to meet the special needs of customer about the steel plate surface smooth,Jinan steel’s medium plate plant made a systematic analysis on quality defect about the oxidized iron sheet and mottling of steel plate surface,through optimizing the control craft of blank’s packing stove,heating and,reforming high pressure water descaling system and machine frame roller,we improved the quality of the steel plate surface and realized the production about the steel plate of high quality surface.
