摘  要:分析了影响济钢中板厂新精整线定尺剪测长系统的测长辊性能不稳定、钢板测长定位不准确等设备和控制要素,通过测长辊编码器联轴器改造、输入辊道及立辊找正、测长辊周期性标定,程序上建立了多倍尺剪切数据模型及防错联锁条件,实施了温度自动补偿,提高了定尺剪剪切控制精度,长度公差由60~80mm缩小到30mm以下,长度尺寸改判为零,为企业年冲抵成本700余万元。Analyzing the equipments and the controlling factors which influence dimension accuracy of the dividing shear in the new production line of the Jinan Medium Plant,such as the performance instability of measuring roller,measuring system orientation inaccuracy.By the reformation of the measuring roller encoder connecter,roller stand and erect rollers direction compensation,periodically demarcating measuring rollers setting up the multi-cutting data model and anti-faults interlocked condition and carrying out temperature auto-compensation,the dividing shear cutting accuracy has been improved.In this way tolerance in length decrease from 60~80 mm to below 30 mm,the changed in length up to zero,this has retrieved more than 7 million RMB for the company.
