摘　　要：济钢3#铸铁机未能达到设计生产能力,主要原因是铸铁模容量小、铸铁机作业率低。通过采取铸铁机尾部改造、提高单模容铁量,改造铁块输送设施等措施,提高了铸铁机作业率,铸铁机的日翻铁量可达到300t/h,减少渣铁清理时间。The No.3 iron casting machine of Jinan Steel can’t achieve the design production ability after it’s put into production. One of the main reason is the iron mold is smaller,the other is that the machine’s work ratio is lower.The single mold capability increased after the reformation of the machine tail.The iron block transportation equipment was also reformed.Thus,the machine’s work ratio was improved.The iron casting machine’s production reached to 300 t/h,and time to remove the remained iron blocks was reduced.
