摘  要:在对中间包钢水连续测温系统和铸机拉速与中间包钢水温度之间的匹配关系进行深入研究的基础上,运用EX-CELL办公软件的函数回归功能,在CONCEPT软件编程和PLC控制的帮助下,实现了板坯铸机拉速自动控制技术的开发,该技术投入运行以后,铸机拉速自动控制时间和铸坯的表面一次合格率均达到了90%以上,轧制工序的夹杂裂纹改判率也降低了25%左右。Based on the deep researching of the continuous measuring system of the liquid steel temperature and the relation between the casting speed and the superheat,the automatic control system of the casting speed were developed under the help of the function regression of office Microsoft,the CONCEPT program software and the PLC.After it takes effect,the automatic control time of the casting speed and the surface quality both reached the 99%,the defect rate of the plate produced in the rolling progress like inclusion,crack and so on also was reduced 25%or so.
