企业设计院实施工程总承包的几点思考

摘　　要：企业设计院在做好母体企业建设项目的基础上,应全方位开拓外部市场,逐渐由单一对内设计转变到对内对外设计,进行工程总承包。工程项目总承包是对整个工程管理实行整体构思、全面安排、协调运行的一种前后衔接的承包体系。企业设计院实施工程总承包,应该建立或完善与工程总承包功能相适应的组织机构、管理体系以及业务操作体系,加强对外宣传,从自身的专长领域入手,选择合适的总承包模式。Besides the business of the parent enterprise,the enterprise design institute needs increase the line of its business from single inter-design works to all-round design works,and then implementing engineering general contract business.The engineering general contract is a systematic mode to the integral project operation.The enterprise design institute needs to rebuild its organization system and business operating system,intensify propaganda to society,chose suitable general contract mode in order to undertake engineering general contract business.
