摘　　要：The flavone-C-glycosides of Passiflora incarnate L.was analyzed by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry(ESI MS/MS).Based on the information of pseudo molecular ions and fragment ions of the glycosides obtained by using tandem mass spectrometry,four major flavone-C-glycosides have been detected and identified as vitexin,swertisin,orientin and 7-methoxyluteolin-6-C-β-D-glucopyranoside,respectively.The flavone-C-glycosides of Passiflora incarnate L.was analyzed by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry(ESI MS/MS).Based on the information of pseudo molecular ions and fragment ions of the glycosides obtained by using tandem mass spectrometry,four major flavone-C-glycosides have been detected and identified as vitexin,swertisin,orientin and 7-methoxyluteolin-6-C-β-D-glucopyranoside,respectively.
